Amanda W. is the current MISS GALAXY® 2009
After Lena G. was not in a position to represent Miss Galaxy worldwide, she handed the title to Amanda W. The 20-year old beauty queen is based and born in the German historic city Heidelberg, but has her roots in Romania. Her height is about 1,75m with the measures 90-63-94 and plans to study "architecture", but her biggest passion is singing.
As the current and official MISS GALAXY® 2009 she may also attend other big popular VIP- gala event (e.g. Film Festival Cannes) where she may be seen with celebrities from all over the world.

MISS GALAXY® in Cannes
In the last week of may the actually MISS GALAXY® 2009 Lena Gohou was at the 62th international film festival in Cannes. The impressing beauty queen has been on different gala-evenings and VIP-parties and has met a lot of international stars like e.g. Richard Branson, Paris Hilton and Bill Clinton.

Lena Gohou is MISS GALAXY 2009
The several-hour-gala-evening took place in the big ball-room of the Pullman Hotel Cologne in Germany in Feb. 2009. The beautiful Miss Mannheim convinced the jury-consisting of actors, bands and Olympic champions- in the three valuations: evening gown, bikini and interview, not only with her appearance but also with her general knowledge. Melissa Mehra from Berlin and Amanda Waldeck from Schwetzingen achieved second and third place.

Roberto Blanco thrilled
The official MISS GALAXY® with the measure 91-62-93 is 1,77m. She enthuses with her exotic charisma – her parents come from Poland and Côte D´Ivoire . She already made experiences as model, hostess, waitress and dancer. She lives in a boarding school, in june she is going to get her a-level and after that she will start studying international management. In winter 2009/2010 Lena will represent Germany at the world´s greatest beauty contest, MISS GALAXY® 2010.
